Prime reason I chose the resort was its proximity to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, but was disappointed to find staff not aware of the Bird sanctuary

My stay at Heritage Village Resort was excellent. The food was amazing, and the room view was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Karuna at the front desk was especially polite and always had a pleasant smile. I don’t know the names of all the staff members, but everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Place was very nice. Well kept and well maintained. Lot of activities for kids and adults alike. The stargazing activity on our first day there was amazing. Had a good view of Saturn and Jupiter even in dense Delhi smog. Facilities are brilliant for taking pets. We took our pet Labrador, there was a lot of space to play and run around. They also have a pet menu which was awesome.

We booked 3 rooms for us and our family. All rooms given are clean, comfortable and well presented. All staff are lovely and we felt very welcomed at all times. Even traveling with elders and young toddler - staff are attentive and helpful. The facilities are great. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed the kids playground/jumping castle area. We had a buffet dinner there as well. The food was amazing and even lots of options for my in laws who are vegetarian. The breakfast doesn't have as many options but still pretty good. Overall experience is good.

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was usual with similar variety that one would get at any hotel, it would be wonderful to surprise guests with signature dishes - which could be unique to your hotel. The latest trend is to have your chef travel to different parts of India and collect local dishes with their unique ingredients and taste.

We stayed for a night to celebrate my dad's birthday and the stay was amazing, to say the least. It is a 5 star property built on a huge land. The architecture is like a Rajasthani palace. The resort staff is very courteous and keeps the property super clean. They have something for every age group, ranging from live music/dance to tambola to play areas (cricket,putting golf, paintball, etc). Spa: value for money. Food: meets expectations I would definitely visit again!

Heritage Manesar is an excellent getaway, especially for NCR residents who want a break from daily hum-drum. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, has sprawling gardens, kitchen gardens, and many activities for a wholesome experience. The only drawback is the size of the rooms/ suites. For the rates they are charging, the rooms are quite small, and one expects larger inner spaces if checking into a resort. The staff is well, trained, courteous to a fault and extremely supportive. The best part is that they are pet friendly, and our two boys (Beagle males) had the time of their life. Heritage provides pet walkers, food, beds and everything that you can think of for pet comfort.

on the onset the staff of the hotel and the courtesy extended is by far exceptional… everyone from the dining to the room service is courteous and polite brilliant hosts they are the property is exceptionally clean, this was my second stay here and definitely not the last one I shall visit again…
