We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar. The property is peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. When we checked in, we were greeted by a lady with a beautiful smile who instantly caught my attention — her name is Karuna, and her warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. A special thanks to Karuna, who went above and beyond by arranging a lovely decoration and surprising us with a complimentary cake. Her thoughtful gesture made our celebration unforgettable. Overall, amazing hospitality and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Prime reason I chose the resort was its proximity to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, but was disappointed to find staff not aware of the Bird sanctuary

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Village Resort and Spa. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the efforts of Ekta, Karuna, and Karuna. I met Karuna at the time of my departure, and she was extremely polite and courteous. My stay at Heritage Village Resort was excellent. The food was amazing, and the room view was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Karuna at the front desk was especially polite and always had a pleasant smile. I don’t know the names of all the staff members, but everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Place was very nice. Well kept and well maintained. Lot of activities for kids and adults alike. The stargazing activity on our first day there was amazing. Had a good view of Saturn and Jupiter even in dense Delhi smog. Facilities are brilliant for taking pets. We took our pet Labrador, there was a lot of space to play and run around. They also have a pet menu which was awesome.

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

We booked 3 rooms for us and our family. All rooms given are clean, comfortable and well presented. All staff are lovely and we felt very welcomed at all times. Even traveling with elders and young toddler - staff are attentive and helpful. The facilities are great. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed the kids playground/jumping castle area. We had a buffet dinner there as well. The food was amazing and even lots of options for my in laws who are vegetarian. The breakfast doesn't have as many options but still pretty good. Overall experience is good.

I absolutely love that the property is kids friendly. It is the perfect place to go with kids. They have jacuzzi where parents can swim with kids, a separate menu for kids and so much greenery.
